This year girls camp turned out to be a real testimony builder for me. I was DREADING it! I did not want to go camp in the rain, snow, sleet and hail! AND COLD! I started having a really bad attitude about it for weeks in March! It was hard to plan because I just couldn't enjoy thinking about camp! (Luckily I had already done a ton of stuff in Jan and Feb) At the start of April I decided I had to change my tune and only think positively about the situation. I started praying every night for each girl individually and thinking about what they needed from girls camp. Wow did that pay off! I've had a lot of girls tell me that even though it was hard and was not fun sometimes, they felt the spirit more than any other year! That's all you can ask for. Camp was COLD but was still a great success story, for me and my girls!
